Pricing: 19% commission excl. VAT on the income generated, with AUTOMATED CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
(Cleaning fees paid by the guests)
100% of the income generated by short-term letting is paid over to you. We invoice 19% excl. VAT of the nightly rate; cleaning and linen cost you nothing, as they are paid by the guest
