Who we are
Nathalie, 22 years of experience in administration and customer relations, and Cédric, works supervisor in the industrial sector.
Passionate about travel and interior design, we decided to take a new professional path and trained in short-term rental property management through subletting. We cover Calais, Gravelines, Dunkirk, Boulogne-sur-Mer and Saint-Omer, along the Côte d’Opale.
Launching our own concierge service was a natural step, a way of putting our skills at the service of people who want exceptional moments, where comfort and satisfaction are at the heart of every stay.
Sharing our beautiful Côte d’Opale, where we were both born, is a real pleasure!
Our strength: there are two of us, which means twice the availability and twice the responsiveness! And as natives of Calais, we know the area inside out.
Our complementary skills are an asset : one of us, through his profession, handles maintenance and the organisation of tasks,
the other brings a strong sense of customer service together with experience in client relations and administrative follow-up.
The combination of our two roles: giving owners real peace of mind by taking time-consuming tasks off their hands, and making sure your guests’ stay runs smoothly.
Our values? Transparency, availability and efficiency. We want to build lasting relationships with our clients.
